CW: 163 ...holding for 4 weeks now
What the heck???? I had good calorie intake, and moderate exercise this past week. Thanksgiving day didn’t get the best of me. However, Thursday night I got violently sick, wasn’t able to get out of bed until Saturday night and then just took it easy for the rest of the weekend.
I’m not quite sure why the scale is not moving downward. All I can do is keep pressing on and hope for the best. I am bummed I didn’t make my Thanksgiving goal weight of 160, but I am still setting my Christmas goal at 150. I wanted, and still want, to be at my pre pregnancy size by the time my baby turns 6 months. So…moving on.
This next week, I am not going to wait until the older kids go to bed at 8pm to start working out. I need to strap on the running shoes right after work and hit the gym/workout. While they are doing their homework and getting ready for the next day I need to be at the gym instead of supervising them, the hubby can do that ;o) I have got to start putting myself first more and do whats best for my body that is going to only benefit my kids.
