Snow snow snow. I'm freezeing today for some reason. And tomorrow is going to be colder. I've still got to walk on the treadmill. Eating has been good today. And tonight is turkey kelbsa sausage, sauerkraut, brown rice and a veggie.

Ellen- Hope you made it to the pool today.

Tech- Saw the commerical and it was cute. It was the best of the superbowl. I laughed so hard.

Crystle- Can't believe we made a healthy pizza then I have way to much of it. Your tip is good and I think I'll start using a smaller plate.

Solly- Hope I'm not sending this snow your way. Heres hopeing you have a good day.

Mercee- Congrads to you for making it through the week end. I think you're the only one so far besides Ellen.

Good morning from the north pole.

We got about 3" of snow and it is still coming down. Made it to work with no problems though. Just hope I can make it home.

Did make it to the gym last night. I rode the bike for 30 minutes and did wts for 25. I guess I'm not used to riding the bike that long or my butt is too big for the seat, but I did something or overworked it. I can hardly sit today.

Toni, thanks a lot for all the snow you sent me. Is it summer yet????

Tech, that was not my favorite commercial. I like the Etrade one with the babies. There was several I thought were cute especially the Clydsdale one, but nothing great.

Ellen, don't beat yoruself up about the chips. we all do it. Just jump right back on track. I have the same problem when I go to Target. Go for one thing and come up with 10.

Howdy. I'm sitting here eating breakfast and reading the board. This morning it is 1/2 Greek style yogurt with 1/2 a banana, a teaspoon of agave and some cinnamon. Pretty tasty and very filling. I have fit day on my computer so I'm trying to be very faithful with my food journal. That way I can figure out how I may be slipping up without knowing it. It is easy to eat more calories than you think.

((Everybody)) Hope you are staying warm and dry. Praying for safety of those having to travel in the snow.

Well we've hit an all time high of 27 degrees today. LOL Brrrr.... Tomorrow is supposed to be a little better so maybe it will melt off a bit then. Eating has been fine today. Made a good tuna salad for lunch. Tonight will be leftovers. Can't wait to watch Biggest Loser. Glad tomorrow is WIW and I can get it over with and start on a new week. I'm worried what I did over the week end.

Solly-Hope the snow stopped. And your roads aren't slick. How are you feeling?

Ellen- Did you get to rest today? Your dinner sounds wonderful. I love good fish.

Made it in with no trouble so I a thankful for that. Bad thing is, they are calling for more snow Sat, Sun & Monday. Yuk!

WIW has me at 186. I think that is where I was last week if not up one more. I failed to keep the last 2 weeks wt. But my list shows me at the same wt as 1 month ago. errrr. Got to get moving in the right direction. Since the roads weren't bad last night I went up to the gym. Got 30 minutes of cardio and I did 15 minutes of wt training. I wanted to get home before dark so after dinner I went downstairs and worked out for 20 minutes with wts and my wt machine. I am going straight from work tonight and tomorrow night.

Ellen, walking the mall is a graet idea, but I would have to shop a little too. I love to shop. Just wish the clothes looked better on me. And yes,you are worth the drive over. I felt good yesterday. I had a little bit this morning but think it is going away. I think my Lyrica is too strong. They upped it in Dec so I think I will go back down.

Crystle, I log my food at Sparkpeople. I love it. They send me tips every day and recipe ideas. I have never used their support boards. I know Gator is there and loves it.

Toni, Well we ended up with 6". And more coming this weekend. I am so ready for summer. I got to watch part of the BL. I am glad Melissa is gone. Who is going to lose the challenge????

Good morning. I was really hoping for two pounds this morning but it turned out to be one. That's 6 pounds for the new year. A lot slower than the first time around but I'm also eating a lot better.

Solly..One of the reasons I use the fit day is I own it so I don't have to go online. I'm still on dial-up and everything takes forever. I used spark people twice and had to leave because it just took too long. Hoping if I ever get on high speed to try again. I did like the Christian support board but I don't want to do anything that will take away from this board. This is like friends and family to me. Glad to hear you are feeling better.

Toni...staying the same is better than gaining and next week you'll lose. This week may just be water. The joys of being a woman. I think we all battle with water from time to time.

Ellen..WTG You are doing so good. I remember several years back where you couldn't pay to lose a pound. I'm so happy the scales are moving in the right direction. ((hugzz)) Do you know what it would take to get our own board again?

Hi everyone:

I have been snowed in the last 2 days and I have been off the last 2 days. I have been shoveling snow and walking on my tradmill faithfully.

Today I stayed the same. I don't know what's going on. However on Monday I came home and ate a small bag of bbq chips. Why? I don't know. Maybe that's why I am the same. I am still focused and I will continue on.

I see we are all pretty much in the same boat. One thing I do know is that if we keep going we will lose the weight. My goal this week is to workout 5 times. I'm feeling good about my workouts.

Crystle- Congrats on your loss it's better than nothing.

Solly- I am looking forward to next week. We will have a loss.

Toni- Next week we will do better.
