Be sure to take it easy when you do go back, I got a little dizzy and it wasn't anything major. Good luck!!! This actually helped me to want to stay on track. Thanks kerrioh!!

It can be boring. You need to mix it up. Use EVERYTHING we're allowed: syrups, jello, cocoa, candy, gum, diet drinks and mixes, flavor ice (thanks Melissa) ... etc.

The weight will be off in no time!

LOL! Of course there is a buffet...uggh! However, I am planning to eat, however, not overdo it, because it is not worth it, eating will no doubt set me back a day or two, and no doubt gain a pound or two. I am firmly in the 190s...yeah!!! I have officialy said goodbye to the 200s....firmly planted in oneder-land..never to return to the 200s..now to push past the 190s..and onto 180s..I hope to be firmly planted in 180s next week...key is to not overdo it on Saturday at the buffet and I should be okay..

Keep up the good work ... this program works, it is hard to watch family eat around you, or if you are the preparer of food, but we gotta do what is best for our bodies...p.s. my collarbone is becoming more and more pronounce..yeah!!..it is truly a girl thing we just how thin we are becoming if we can see our collarbone and/or if we see the vertical lines in our abs...LOL!!
Congratulations on getting to ONEDERLAND!!! Here's to us NEVER going back to the 200's!

I'm doing the plan long distance. They send you a diagram where the ear is divided into 4 sections and a line indicating where to place the beads. The size of bead placement is about the size of a dime so you have room for error. They send the beads in a paste so very easy to put on. Also, the councelors are very nice and informative.

People! DO NOT CHEAT!!! Not only because it PREVENTS WEIGHT LOSS, but also because it CAN HURT YOUR HEALTH.

- makes hair fall out
- lose muscle & organ mass (dangerous and your metabolism will lower)
- skin will become flabby as you lose weight

This is why I took a break back in November. I started cheating here and there and my hair began to fall out!!! Just couldn't stick to Basic... I immediately stopped the diet. Now I'm back and will not have a bite, lick or taste of anything "illegal". Would rather be FAT, OBESE than bald! LOL

I'd also like to add that I lost 80 pounds and DO NOT have flabby skin! This is remarkable since I'm in my 30's... HEEDED THE WARNINGS and DID NOT eat off plan! Food is not a reward!

This is a rigid plan that really doesn't allow us any leeway. Approach it military-style! LOL

I've already purchased a number of the Walden Farms products and their ok. My step mother actually has the beads and when she went to the office she was told NO jell-o; which stinks because that's what was getting me by. I'm not really a fan of any diet drinks but i do like crystal light a lot. As far as candy goes, where only allowed 10 pieces but it can only be 10 calories or 10% sugar or something like that and I know i cant just stop at one
Clearly, I've reached the hardest part of the diet because all I'm doing is complaining lol. Guess I have to stop being picky and just suck it up and try new things. Can't wait to get over this hump!
But thank you, I will definitely try flavor ice and cocoa!

where is the documentation that your hair would fall out from eating food that were normally part of your diet? That makes no sense. It could have been falling out from the stress of the diet.. but eating something that I ate two weeks ago should not make someone's hair fall out.

My sheet from my doctor says I can have sugar free jello that I make at home. I can also have sugar free pudding that I make at home on milk days as an add in to my yogurt. So just a spoon ful or so not a whole serving. I can have 6 pieces of sugar free candy. The accuweight web site says you can have jello so not sure why you can't.

As for the cocoa its unsweetened cocoa and I believe the limit is two tablespoons per day.

It's all so confusing; not to mention frustrating, when they keep giving different directions to everyone. I'm just trying to go by what they're telling MJ. They said we could have sugar free jell-o ONCE in a blue moon. I havn't heard of the sugar free pudding though, sounds good.

some people say no more then one box per week and some say unlimited if it keeps you from cheating. I guess if you got to a plateau u may need to cut out the jello to see if it changes. I dont know.

if you go to the accuweight website and listen to the recording regarding the program she says on the recording anything with 0 sugar, 0 calories and no vinegar can be eaten outside of the hours of 12-6 with no stipulation on the amount.

The pudding that my dr. says I can use as a mix in to my yogurt is not 0 calories and made with milk. So I can have a little during 12-6 (its not an unlimited item)

So basically any food you find that fits those three criteria can be eaten.

You can have Jello...but they told me that I should only have Sugar Free Jello (that you make at home) but to limit it since it's proven that it slows down the weight loss process.
