Reading all these post is making me hungry. lol If you cheat def. do a milk day afterwards. Doesn't it make it so hard after you cheat to get back on track? This diet sucks but the results are sooo worth it! You guys dont have much weight to lose. Stay positive and I know you guys can do it. Have a great day everyone!!!
Welcome! Good luck on the diet! I have a friend who is a male who did this diet. He lost 30 pounds in the first two weeks. You will do great. Guys lose weight much faster than females. Good luck and lets us know how you do.

wow really?! that's crazy! but good for him. I mean if I lost 20 in two weeks that'd be perfect because then I can bankmy 3rd set of beads for after vaca when I detox again and hopefully go into transition
I am on a milk day on Easter. Wish me luck! I am def going to try and stay on track. What about you? How are you feeling?
I was milk on easter dr told me to switch to veg. He said I just can't do 3 days of same food so I switched. I have milk wed and thurs. Fri is veg then sat is milk, sun veg and then mon and tues going back to milk.
Today was the first day my stomach bothered me! You?
I'm sticking to the diet on Easter, unhappily. I know I'll be thankful on Monday morning, but miserable during the meal. We are having a get-together with friends (family is a ways away), so I'm offering (wink) to bring a few veggie dishes. Tonight, I "pam-roasted" some fennel with salt and pepper. SOOO yummy. I'm going to make a whole heap of that and pretend that I'm actually eating lamb chops and chocolate cake.
Hope you ladies (and guy) have a marvelous celebration, on or off diet!
What is everyone doing for holiday meals if celebrating?
Friends are coming to the city to visit so I'm doing a protocol day... my plan is to only have that one meal, stick to as much veggies as possible plus a glass of wine. Or just try to stay away from sugar and flour, other than that will have whatever. Maybe I'll workout in the morning. LOL i'm trying not to obsess, but i really know i won't be sticking to AW Basic, at least for the alcohol!!!
Anyway this is for sure: milk day 2 today, veggie tomorrow, saturday milk, sunday EAT/DRINK, then back to 2 days of milk, etc.

You are doing the same thing I am doing milk today...etc... I am not sure what I am eating Easter. Probably the protocol.. try to eat vegetables.. I don't want to have that much to make up for the following week. Good luck!!!
