
on that note, my boyfriend's been knocking my diet because he doesn't like the idea of low carb/starch/fat....well anything made to diet, or cutting things out, so this was amusing







good to have something to train for.



Totally out of control with the eating and drinking this weekend. Not like a total drunk binge, but those added alcohol calories are a pain! We went to the RV/Camper show and then to eat with friends. I ate only half my sandwhich, but ate chips (I never eat them) and washed it down with a couple of beers. Then yesterday my husband got the smoker out and smoked a bunch of meats (chicken, pork chops, wings). I didn't eat that much, but again, I ate some of the sides that I know are not good for me and washed them down with a couple beers.
Ugh...the result being a gain of 5 pounds from last weigh in. NOT GOOD!!! I know a lot of it is water weight, but I keep putting on and taking off the same 5 pounds. I am sitting here with my 34 oz bottle of water. Got to get my head back in the game. Very frustrated with myself.
