5.4 Miles!!! - Good News = my right knee is all better;
Bad News = my left knee injury is definitely an IT Band Injury.
Remedy = work on stretching EXTRA good for at least 15-20 mins after run!

My Shepherd's b'day is July 17th (he'll be 2)....but he still acts like a kid! He's such a baby...and is constantly knocking into things. Oh and Thanks...I am happy with the progress I've made, but these last 10 lbs are MURDER!...and I'm getting antsy...and very very HUNGRY. Gotta keep fighting though...glad to hear from you.
