doesn't really count unless I keep it until Monday but I really wantd to write it down and look at it
  • 224.4 *wanting to kick the 20's buh bye!*
  • I'm at 226. Here's hoping the weekend weighing goes well. I will be done with AF by then, so hopefully the bloat will take some extra poundage with it when it leaves
  • 229- finally out of the 230's. Stuck at 229 for 1.5 weeks now, but I am still glad to be here!!!!! Gives me new initiative to get to the 210's!!!!
  • 221.5
  • 221.5 again today!!!! I am so happy
  • I've been flirting with the 230's for some time now. I'd be at 229.5, then back up to 231, then back down again. I think it's finally safe to say that I'm officially in the 220's. I've been under 230 for a couple of weeks now. I'm currently at 228.75. I'm working my way down through -- can't wait to say bye-bye to the 220's!
  • I saw 219.5 this morning! First time in the teens since November! And I started the week off at 224! I cut carbs and busted my butt on the eliptical and it paid off.
  • Alright, y'all. I busted into the 220s this weekend, dropping from 231 to 227 - yeah! Now I'd be happy with a slow and steady progression down to the teens. When I hit 224 it will be a milestone - the weight I was in high school when I first stepped on a Weight Watchers scale.
  • And I am still at 222.
  • 224 this morning, but I knew I would be up and just proud it wasn't worse.
  • 222.5 glad some of the water is off
  • Looks like this is where I belong. Now off to find a ticker.
  • 221.6 today
I will take it and hope for the teens soon
  • I am just getting started!
    Hi Everyone:

I have just started my latest weight loss journey on WW (284/277/150) and joined 3FCs yesterday so I am still learning about all of this.

I have had a serious weight problem all of my life and have always felt ashamed of it. From being bullied in school to being criticized by my mother-in-law, it has not been easy. Now I am ready for a healthier, happier life.

I want to thank all of you for posting your stories. You really inspire me!
