    Sorry I havcen't posted lately. Super busy last few days and crazy crazy. But I wanted to make sure I hit the Thread on the last Day of August.

    I made my revised goal of "Being UNDER 185". I hit 184.
    I made my water goal of "Drinking my 64oz. a day." I'm averaging 80!

    I've got my September Goals all planned out and ready to post tomorrow!

    Keep up the great work Ladies!!! See you In SEPTEMBER!!!

    I haven't posted anything in a few days, but I have no good news anyway ... I won't be making my August weight goal, but that's ok. That just means I have to work harder in September Congrats to everyone on all your progrss!

  • Well, I didn't make goal this month of Onderland as I weighed in at 200.8. I did lose 8 lbs. this month so I am not complaining.

  • Hi girlsssssss, I just got in. Had some chores in the morning and then was out running errands. How nice to get everyones news

    Congratulationssssss to all of you ladies! A lot of you came real close to goal and just did so well! a big cheer to all :c heer: on the goals met, lossess, healthy eating, exercise, for making changes, and sticking to it! congrats to everyone on completing the month. See you all in our new thread shortly.

    Girls, I didn't have a loss last time I checked and certain there still is none...still carrying a lot of fluids for some reason. Had a great exercise month though and I'm happy I got through in the fashion I did. I can't ty all enough........you helped to make all the difference . keep on shining ladiessssss . I will be checking back tonight and in the morning.

    FOr those of you who may be feeling a little bummed about not accomplishing what you had in mind.......please don't foget that any move forward, whether it be healthier eating, more health awareness, chaninging habits, the list goes onnn.....is a wonderful accomplishment! Success is measured in many ways so let's go to our new thread and start a new month! hugsssssss, you gals rock!

  • Hello Ladies,

    So I stopped posting on here once I realized the new month's thread was up. Sorry! I just felt like posting on there. I am happy to say that since my cold is mostly over I weighed in at the doctor's today and said that I was 217, which means it's showing my 7 pound loss for this month. I'm very excited since on Friday their scale said 219. I think as far as my other goals, I did start out very well on them, but I know there is room for improvement. I can't wait for the new month!

    As for this being my first month with this challenge, I had an amazing time with you ladies! It feels SO much easier with you ladies. I know once I get more perfect OP days that I can loose my 10 pound (and even more) goal for next month; even with school starting and trying to find a job.

    I love you ladies! I am very happy to be returning for next month and even starting to use the September Exercise thread.
