
Hello everyone else! I must join in on the bad day today. I've not been feeling too well, so I would sway between voraciously hungry and no appetite whatsoever.
Rundown:
Breffix - 1 cup skim milk + 1 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 burfi
Lunch - 1 Healthy Choice Steamer, 1 bag 100 cals popcorn, 2 bananas, 1 burfi, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with chickpea curry *le sigh*
Snack - 1/4 cup raisins, 1/2 small can of olives (about 15 - 20 olives)
Dinner - 2 cups homemade fried rice. It was mostly veggies with 1 cup of cooked white rice.
Total cals: 2169. Gosh that's a lot of food. Boo.
Off to play tennis in a few minutes. That might cancel out some of my calorie overload from today...
