    I don't know what happened to our challengettes. I'm will PM Amarantha and see how she is doing. Come on challengettes, we need you!!!

    Maat, I will start today. My challenge will be:

    Drink 80 oz. water(I have been slack on the water)
    6 fruits/Veggies
    Exercise 30-45 cardio
    Strength Training 3 days a week
    Take supplements
    No scale until challenge is finished

    I pray that everyone is well and healthy.
