    Whew I didn't think I was going to make those miles.


    The good news: I finally got to buy a new deep freeze!!
    The not so good news: it is a little bit smaller than my old one
    The bad news: It leaked (unbeknownst to me) onto my floor and now the floor is rotted underneath where it sat, sigh. Why is it every time something good happens something else slaps me upside the head?

  • good afternoon ladies! went for a power walk and ran an errand this morning. went to see dad today. will power walk to and home from my meeting tonight.
  • 30 min. outdoor walk.
  • 3 miles/45 minutes
  • Rainy and flooding here..........glad we live on the ridge. Probably exercise indoors.
  • carolr, so sorry you are getting so much rain. we had rain here early this morning. however, it didn't last long. we need it to rain for at least 8 hours two days a week. just got back from a power walk.
