IdealPerson: My goodness!!! What an awful time you had with your wisdom teeth. I'm glad it's all over and you are on the road to recovery!! Take care of yourself and get all the the help you can. We women always try to do so much ourselves. I'm the worst...
RE: The 90 Day Challenge: I think my focus is going to be on making habits out of the things I'm doing right to lose this weight. I am trying to zero in on what has been the problem all those times I've lost weight only to see it creep back up. What am I doing now that I must continue FOREVER in order to keep the weight off?
So, I'm making a permanent habit of journaling. I'm weighing often and not avoiding the scale. I'm eating more protiens, veggies, fruits and soy products. I'm idendifying the hidden sugars and fats in foods and finding a substitutes. I'm also sticking with the daily workout. This is the hardest thing for me...I do not like working out...I just do it anyway.
I plan to go through my closets before the end of the 90 days and kiss goodbye my sizes 14 and up. I can't keep them around "just in case" ....I have to get rid of them.
Anyway, those are my goals for the challenge.

Boy, I can't wait in a few months to get another comment like that!
Classic fit jeans usually have tapered legs.
I have gone from an 18 to a 10-they feel so good and I can't stop looking in the mirror-"is that me?" My teeth are still hurting-I think it's the stitches that are dissolving, but my mouth aches-I have 15 stitches in there! I am craving salads and chips with salsa-neither of which I can have at this time, so it's back to applesauce, yogurt, jello and soup!
.....
I think I became a pastry chef 'cause I never got an Easy-Bake Oven when I was a kid! what color is your KitchenAid?

) I love to wear formal or dressier gowns and such that are fitted through the bodice to show that part off, and then go long and flowing to hide my legs-with some heels to add length there, I actually look proportioned! My husband teases me abot my short legs all of the time. When we are walking in the mall or somewhere, I always have to yell at him to slow down, because I am taking 3 steps to his two, and huffing and puffing the whole way-because he walks fast anyway, plus me stepping 50% faster to keep up!
I know that the first week can be a biggie sometimes, but boy oh boy what a motivater!!!!
