Good Morning Goldies,
Marie, good news about your pup, glad everything went well and will be home soon. I know how you feel, my Pella is 12, and she is showing her age and it will be so hard to say goodbye (the vet told me that sometimes you don’t want to know what is going on inside them, esp if it is cancer). A lot of times she acts like she doesn’t know where she is. So we make the most of our time, she knows me inside and out. Dogs give a special kind of love.
Bobbi, I agree wait till after the holidays to worry about weight gain, you look so good in your photo, and your body probably knows how to handle the holidays. Enjoy them and and worry later.
Misti, that is a perfect name and picture and a silly kind of cute
Rie, hope your knee gets better, and your work situation does not sound like fun. We have so much mirco managing at work it makes all the employees depressed, you never know what is coming down. (feels like grade school). I appreciate management decisions, but when they are straight forward. And homemade noodles, I love traditions, that is what makes holiday memories.
I got good news at the doctor yesterday on my normal check up, he congratulated me on my weight loss and my numbers being down, even more than before. That felt good; to hear a comment from someone that doesn’t even know your doing anything. Of course he didn’t tell me I looked like I lost weight! But maybe he isn’t suppose to. He told me if people would stick with a plan 6 days a week, that even makes a big difference, you still have to enjoy.
We are heading out this morning for errands, it is 18 degrees and a few flakes falling. Maybe we will have a white Christmas in Wisconsin.
Enjoy your day, be safe.

So glad you have joined us. Please feel free to just jump right in.
One bright spot in the day - my lovely secretary showed up with a brown paper bag. In the bag was a bottle of her home-made kalua. Giggling, she showed me that she had included a straw in the bag.... Just in case I needed to indulge on the spot. She is such a kicker!
It took two of us to give his shots. One to mummy wrap him in a towel and the other to give the shot. Darned cat! I loved the turky stealing story.
And these days..... They end up on facebook!
. hoping your weekends going well and staying away from holiday treats as best u can
