I just keep falling off the wagon... like again and again- I just need to stop getting down on myself.At least this time I didn't gain any weight. I've got to get my head in this game and finish what I started!
I need to lose this weight- like NEED to lose it once in for all. I find myself easily discouraged when I hit a wall and feel like I can't lose any more. I know I need to up my exercise and move my a**! I will do it, I will!
