Sandy, it's so funny that you said that because right before I clicked on this thread and read your reply I decided that I'm going to have a super strict week. Minimal cheese, lots more veggies and all of my water every day. I'm also going to cut down on artificial sweeteners. I've been drinking diet drinks a little bit too much lately.
Oh, and I'm so proud of myself right now! A little while ago I decided that I was done being lazy and not exercising so I got up and did the Walk Away the Pounds video. I'm happy to say that I did the whole video except the cooldown up to one mile without resting. I'm going to vow to do it every day. I need to remember that I'll get much better results if I exercise.
On another note, one thing that I'm worried about is my boyfriend visiting in a week and a half. He's 120 pounds and about 6'0 and can eat McDonald's all day without gaining a pound. I'd love to steal his metabolism

. I'm afraid that I'm going to be distracted and not eat properly. He's supportive of my diet because he wants me to get out of the unhealthy weight range so I doubt he would let me cheat even if I wanted to--but I need to remember to drink my water and eat my veggies. We also might be staying in LA for the weekend which means nonstop restaurants! It's going to be hard to make good choices.
