Hi chicks!! I am starting the week with some serious mileage to bump my ticker up to where it should be.
18 for this week so far. last several weeks were lower than I had planned but not insurmountably so.
just a quick little story-- this morning I was a bit tired from the prior workout so I figured I would take a shortcut route to work. Well, I entered the park and turned right insted of left and found myself taking a very longcut to work. AND I FEEL GOOD.
