    Does chasing after 10 kids at a farm for 4 hours count??

    I sure am pooped. They only stopped running for a quick lunch.

    Not very motivated but I went to the gym anyway. And did 35 mins. on the stationary bike I also weighed myself and I'm not (because our scale may be wrong) but I think I've lost 5 lbs!! I hope it's right!

    I have a good friend that lives in Abbeville!!!!!!!!!!!!! Small world! Her name is Stephanie Williams and she works for Amtrak and does hair on the side.

    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Friday
    ran 10 minutes, then walked 1/2 hour with dog and friends. Slow day.

    Walked/jogged 4 miles in 42 minutes. Doesn't seem right, not sure how, but that's what my stop watch said!

    Did 35 minutes of different programs on exercise bike, 15 minutes weights and 180 ab cruches. Will try to walk/jog later when it stops raining.
    ok- it stopped raining. Ran 2 miles, walked 2 miles.

    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs-but barely! Was only going to go 3.5 miles, but figured I'd do the 4.5 since I'm going out for dinner-was hot out there, pushed myself to jog.

    TOTAL FOR WEEK 27 miles

    What a glorious morning! ran/jogged 5 miles! Longest run in a few years! then did my 180 abs and calf stretches. Cleo the wonder-poodle passed out when we got home.

    This weekend I went home for thanksgiving, so I didn't do ANY exercising unless you concider shopping and eating exersising! Oh well I'll get back on track this week. I had a great time with all my family and that's what matters most to me!
