    1) Weigh in on Mondays - 217 lbs.

    2) Each week on WI day you record (post) your progress...+1 point for every pound lost and -1 point for every pound gained.

    3) 1st weeks goal to drink 8 16 oz glasses of water
    2nd week to exercise for at least 15 min a day for 6 days
    week 3 to write in my food journal every day
    week 4 to plan my menues for this week and the following month

    I also want to continue each goal into the following week adding to each new goal.

    4) You must post on your specified WI date plus another day durring the week that will get you another +1 point.

    5) If you are able to make it through the 4 week challenge give yourself +5 points for completing the challenge.

    I'm guessing we use this thread for our challenge. If not, I'll move my stuff.
    1) Weigh in Sunday - 179 lbs.

    2) Each week on WI day you record (post) your progress...+1 point for every pound lost and -1 point for every pound gained. 3) Week 1 goal stick to my WW points (24) every day this week. 1 pt if I meet goal - 0 pts if I don't.

    4) You must post on your specified WI date plus another day durring the week that will get you another +1 point. Points earned - 1

    5) If you are able to make it through the 4 week challenge give yourself +5 points for completing the challenge.

    3) Week 1 goal is to get in atleast 100 ounces of water a day- 1 pt if I meet goal - 0 pts if I don't. Week 2 goal will be to get in some forum of ATLEAST 30 mins of exercise a day. Week 3 goal: TBD Week 4 goal TBD

    4) You must post on your specified WI date plus another day durring the week that will get you another +1 point.

    I was reading through and realized that I hadn't posted my WI and goal...

    I will WI on Mondays...and I plan to get back on the exercise wagon and walk my treadmill 30 minutes, for 4 days each week. I will walk for 30 minutes extra when I go on vacation...

    ok here is what I tallied for Sunday weigh in we need to hear from Phyllis, Emma, Sharon, Little Freedom, Lynn, Sharon Sparkle, Rhonda, and Laurie.

    For Mondays we will hear from Susan, Loumomoffour, Vicki, Bren, and Tammy.

    Thanks to Lynn for emailing about the new challenge. I am back after taking much of the school year off! Need to do this for me. I will:
    1. WI today.
    2. Exercise 4x a week.
    3. Increase water intake.

    Good to see so many of you around!
  • Well, this will be my first challenge, and no way for me to back out of this!
    My goal will be to go out and walk a mile at least once this coming week.
    I will WI on Monday.

    3) Week 1 goal is to get 100 oz of water in Sun - Tues. I leave for Washington DC Wed morning - no way am I doing 100 oz water while touring! Next weeks goal will be to seriously exercise at least 3 xs

    I will exercise at least 3X per week other than my daily 15 min. walks at work and I will GET BACK ON JC PLAN (a must).

    I liked having a daily challenge. It really helped me last night when I was tempted to have a cookie. During this month, I'm going to set a challenge every day in addition to my weekly challenge. For today, no eating after dinner + stick to my 24 WW points.
