I ran 3 miles every day since Saturday taking just Tuesday off (it was pouring rain)
On the weekend I run between 3-5 miles.
I ran 7 miles on day and about died- I dont think jumping from 3-7 is a wise decision!

My time only permits about 1 hour of running time durring the week and as much time as I want on the weekend.
My knees have been protesting though the last few days, I wonder if I need new shoes already.
