  • Donna good job. I kow that feeling after exercising where you can hardly move afterwards. When you put " I can hardly type" That was eaxactly what I was thinking.
  • I DID IT! I met my goals for this week! That makes 2 weeks in a row with 5 days of cardio and 3 days this week strangth training. I feel so awesome!

  • Mine is simple - lose every week. Even if it is a tenth of a pound. I'm a daily weigher, so I will post my weight every day.
