  • I wanna join, too! Will ANY exercise do? I will most likely combine T-tapp, walking and wt. training. My goal will be 800 min.

    Mar 1- T-tapp, IT 1&2 = 75 min.
    Mar 2- weight trained while watching Oprah... 50 min.
    Mar 3- t-mill 45 min. @ 8.5 incline; 28 min. @ 2.0 incline x 28 min. = 73 min
    Mar 4- t-mill 45 min. @ 8.5, ow, my buns hurt are sore
    Mar 5- 0 mins.
