  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
    20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles.
  • Thurs- 45 min watp express
  • Thursday.

    Surprisingly I got 17 minutes on the TM and 20 minutes of wt training.
    That makes 4 times this week.
  • Friday-- Walked 3.2 miles.
  • Friday & Saurday - Days off
    Sunday - 30 min upper body weights
    20 min lower body workout
