Thursday.
Surprisingly I got 17 minutes on the TM and 20 minutes of wt training.
That makes 4 times this week.
Friday-- Walked 3.2 miles.
Friday & Saurday - Days off
Sunday - 30 min upper body weights
20 min lower body workout
