  • Since it's my NY resolution to get the exercise habit in place, this thread seems like a good idea.

  • December was a complete failure. Caught a bad cold/sinus thing that laid me low for a couple weeks. Then Christmas and it took awhile to return to the beach. Those occasional treats became a little too frequent and even though I still fit into my skinny clothes the scale says I'm up a couple pounds.

    Hey that's ok, as long as I get back

    My goals this month, walk at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, with strength training 3-4 days a week, about 15 minutes or so. Maybe get back to pilates 2 days a week.

  • Count me in, too! One of my New Year's Goals is a 6-day-per-week exercise habit, which if I do 30 minutes a day, comes out to appoximately 700 minutes per month. So that's the minute goal for me.
