December was a complete failure. Caught a bad cold/sinus thing that laid me low for a couple weeks. Then Christmas and it took awhile to return to the beach. Those occasional treats became a little too frequent and even though I still fit into my skinny clothes the scale says I'm up a couple pounds.

My goals this month, walk at least 30 minutes a day 5 days a week, with strength training 3-4 days a week, about 15 minutes or so. Maybe get back to pilates 2 days a week.
