Greek looks low enough on sugar but with 200 calories and 21 grams fat/3 saturated, I don't know which I would go with. I usually get it without dressing and add my own at home.

As far as the wraps, it says:
ATKINS-FRIENDLY WRAP: Water, wheat gluten, corn starch, oat fiber, soy oil, isolated soy protein, soy flour, salt, sesame flour, calcium sulfate, contains 2% or less of: unbleached wheat flour, acacia gum, wheat bran, sodium aluminum phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium propionate (a preservative), guar gum, fumaric acid, potassium sorbate, monoglycerides, sucralose, l. cysteine, enzyme
  • Better to just use 2 Tbsp of the greek dressing, Lauren...2 oz is a lot of dressing...and with less, your calorie and fat consumption would go down.

I agree with you, Nelie. I'm not only trying to lose weight, I'm trying to improve my blood chemistry, eat in a more healthy way, and stay away from foods that cause cravings and make this loss painful for me. The rolls and wraps at Subway don't help me. You know?
  • Well, luckily the dressing is so tasty it doesn't take a lot to make the salad flavorful! Yay!

  • Isn't it nice when you find out that something you enjoy is OP?

I wonder how big 2 oz is? I know I used to drown my salads in dressing and now I can get away with a lot less.
  • 2 ounces is 4 tablespoons, Laurie.
  • Laurie -- it's SO true. When you are eating more healthy overall you sense of taste is hightened and it just doesn't take as much to be yummy!

Just like, who ever thought a pear would taste like candy? <----eating one right now.

  • Ellis, I had no idea that you were one of those walking conversion tables! Now I know who to go to...

at Lauren...Amen about the pears. They are YUMMY!
