  • Hi: I just went to me 1st WW meeting tonight and I'm going to try the Core Program. I hope no one minds if I ask some silly questions!! I love oatmeat for breakfast, so instant oatmeal with skim milk and splenda is a Core breakfast? Thanks, Karen
  • Only the plain instant oatmeal I believe. But let me encourage you to try "real" oatmeal, it's sooo much better imho. I put 1/2 cup of old fashioned oats in a bowl, add a little salt, and a cup of water. Nuke it for 2 minutes (your microwave may differ, of course). Let it sit for another minute or so, stir. I like it with fruit, splenda and ff milk. Others I know put sf DaVinci syrup in it.
