  • Karen: Yup that is who I work for! I work in the practice services division. I install and train doctors offices on our practice management software....billing etc. I called my urogyn in Boston (I had a TVT procedure done last fall) I wanted to make sure that with that the rx the local gyn is giving me is ok. She said it should be fine but that I SHOULDN'T have waited two weeks.....with the TVT I guess it could have been a problem. What do I know...like I have this all the time?
  • Star: You look absolutely incredible in that dress! WOW! I was going to post a progress picture, but I'd be put to shame by your gorgeousness!

Brenda: Keep up the great day you've got going --you can do it!

Jane: Sorry about the UTI. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

Leenie: Glad you know where you belong!

The peanut tour is a two-day tour of peanut-producing regions in Georgia. You tour peanut fields, research plots, shelling plants, peanut butter manufacturers, etc. It's great! I always learn so much and get a lot of good pictures for the magazine. And, since I love peanuts and they are low-carb, the snacks they have are great -- roasted peanuts, boiled peanuts, etc.! The meals could be killer (usually traditional Southern food -- cornbread, mashed potatoes and gravy, sweet potato casserole, etc.), but I am really going to watch myself. I'm back to having incredible willpower, knowing that even one bite could kill my weight-loss efforts!

I haven't gotten my walk/jog in yet today. I'm still hoping to do it this evening. And, I'm planning on working out at the hotel this week, too. I hate not being able to exercise! (Was that me that really just wrote that???)

Hope you all have a good evening!
