    Raisin bran and 2% milk
    Veggie breakfast patty

    Lunch
    Veggie wrap from Publix (no clue how many calories, it definitely has about an ounce of cheese, spinach tortilla wrap, and a lot of veggies, and probably a hidden sauce)

    Snack
    Carrots and veggie dip snack pack
    Hershey miniature

    Dinner
    1/2 turkey breast sandwich on white bread, light mayo (Panera Bread)
    1/2 chicken ceasar salad (Panera Bread)
    1 sourdough roll

    Snack
    5 oz watermelon
    2 hershey kisses

    (Snackaholic tonight, no idea why. Well, it's 8, and I said that if I'd already had dinner no eating after 8, so that's it for the day. At least it was reasonably healthy, and the bits of chocolate in moderation -- speaking as someone who's scarfed down a lot of chocolate in one sitting....)
  • Yesterday was great until I got home. Husband and I are working through some of our problems. It can be very isolated here in Korea. And he has not been very supportive. So we are working through issues. Things are getting better. But unfortunately "negotiations" went on for a long time. This meant two things.... no time for run and I didn't make a good dinner We had take out. So I think it put me at about 1600-1800 calories and it was a late dinner. GRRR. Worth it emotionally but not happy physically. One day does not make or break you..... So on to this morning (didn't get to post last night)

    We are having a party day at school so there will be other foods (I hope to be good, but have reservations....)
