  • I lost 7 pounds for May but only 4 of that was after I formally started SBD.

  • I lost at least 5lbs my first week on Phase I. I haven't weighed in 3 days!
  • I lost 4.5. Hoped for more, but it was a crazy month with birthdays and the end of school. A loss is a loss.
  • Hi all -- a bit late. Since I did not weigh in the final 4 days of May, I am going with my total loss of 12. However, when I start again on Phase 1 tonight/tomorrow, I will find out how much I gained in those final 4 days, +1 in June and will start anew!

  • I lost 2, goal was 4. I'm surprised I'm not more disappointed, as I set my goal low in the first place, knowing I'm within 10 pounds of goal. I know May was not an easy month to diet, with son and husband's birthdays, mother's day, 3 other kid-parties and a friend's anniversary party! My goals for June are to: cut back a bit on portions (a REAL 1/2 cup of pudding, not a guesstimate!), don't eat after 8pm, and no licking the peanut butter knife when I make my son's lunch!
