Jen: I'm sorry to hear about your recent frustrations. I know it's hard not to think about food when you're trying to lose weight -- food is a big focus, a big part of the plan. I am on Atkins, and the best thing about it is my decrease in appetite. The higher protein and fat keeps me full for much longer than I ever was on a low-fat or calorie-counting diet. During those times, I was always hungry, never satisified and always wondering what I was going to eat next. Now, food is not a big issue to me. I eat when it's time for a meal or snack. Not that I'm pushing a low-carb diet, I think each individual person has to find what works for them. But, I'm just letting you know some of the benefits I've found from it. I hope you figure something out. You've been doing so wonderful, and you're not far from your goal! You can manage to lose these last few pounds -- I know it!
Spill: I'm not very happy with my arms at all, either. I don't wear tank tops, and I'd like to. I need to do some serious arm work before I think about it, though.

I hope everyone is having a great week!
Take care,
Jina

I also like oatmeal. I am such a cereal junkie. At least its not high in fat, right? Sometimes I even eat cereal for dinner when my DH is away.
