    25 min. weights
  • My back has been killing me, so I'm keeping exercise nice and easy lately.
    Wednesday:
    20 min. walk
    Thursday:
    45 min. walk
  • Thurs. workout:
    28 min. run (fastest yet!)
    4 min. walk (warmup/cooldown)
    20 min. stairclimber
  • Thursday:
    30 minute Curves

    (tomorrow - i will get up early and do pilates....i will get up early and do pilates....i will get up early and do pilates...)
  • Thursday:

    40 minutes of NYC Ballet Workout
  • Fri:
    35 min. elliptical
    25 min. weights
  • Saturday:
    25 minutes Treadmill
  • Walked 1 mile
  • Saturday:

    walked 3 miles (45 min. WATP tape)

    might try some Pilates after "The Apprentice"
  • Saturday: also 45 minutes of Pilates
