My friend works for Social Services in my county and she gave me the heads up on daycares. She never told me any to avoid, but when I ask her about them, she will tell me if she has heard bad news. I prefer going through a facility that is licensed and certified. I feel more comfortable that my children are not just plopped in front of a TV all day. The teachers at my facility are required to have lesson plans. I like that. Yes they watch some movies, but they also have a lot of learning time and craft time, and now Emma even gets computer time once a week. Emma is too smart for her own good!!!
