    good post
  • Wooh, it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I have some good news! I’m still sticking to keto! I did have some moderate carbs during the Christmas period, such as potatoes and desserts during celebrations, but otherwise I have really been working on changing my eating habits and have been good since before New Years 😄
I got a new job, so I finally have a routine that I can stick to, which makes it so much easier to plan my meals. I haven’t weighed myself yet, but I will on Friday.
I’ve been sticking to 3 meals a day, don’t really have much time to have more than that.
Eggs and meats for breakfast and a warm cooked meal with a lot of veggies for dinner has been my go to mealplan. Is anyone else trying this out?

P.s I’m really bad at replying to people, but thank you all so much for the support! Your comments are not unnoticed!
  • I would suggest that you make weekly and daily target goals. that will help stay motivated
  • I've been keto for over a year and loving it. Make a weekly meal plan and it'll be easier to not get caught up. Also get your micronutrients in. Sometimes our bodies are craving the micros and not the macros. Keto really shouldn't be super meat heavy.
  • Rapid Weight Loss on the Ketogenic Diet. Typically, during the first week of the keto diet, people see a very quick drop in weight — anywhere from 2 to 10 pounds. This is unrivaled by any other diet, but it is also not all coming from fat.
  • So I’ve had some major changes in my life, and have been slacking on my diet. Have felt pretty sad for a while now, so my boyfriend has been trying to cheer me up by taking me on a cruise, traveling and other activities where food has been a major part of all of this. Super grateful, but I feel like **** now since I haven’t made the best choices. However, I’m back on track, feel much better and I’m super motivated!

Still sticking to low carb, as I noticed that I feel the best when I don’t eat as many carbs as before. I’m not sure what it is, but carbs just don’t fill me up and I get veeery hungry right after I’ve eaten a carb heavy meal. I don’t eat white pasta or bread, just whole wheat, but still it doesn’t satisfy me. And I am not a huge fan of pasta/rice/oatmeal anyway, so I really don’t mind. Does anyone feel the same way?

I liked the idea about small daily goals, and I’m trying to implement them in my life, but not sure where to start. What kind of daily goals do you guys have?
For now, eating clean for b/l/d is one of my goals as well as doing some kind of activity every day.
