    • I ate OP,dranks 128ozof water(no wine),DH did not work again yesterday so just stayed cuddled w/him instead of exercising ,got some exercise but not sure can count it
    • Posting late 2day because got caught up in a great book and cldnt put it down,probably no running again 2day since cooking Dinner now ,I wl do better tomorrow

  • Late night tonight
    Sergeant Frannie: Sorry to report in so late. this has been a very busy day, and I didn't do well with all the water. I did eat OP and
    and no time for exercise today. I promise to do better tomorrow. It will be a regular day, I hope. I go to Curves 3 days a week and the workout is 35 minutes. I also try to ride my bike at least 5 miles every day, more if I can. And I will drink my water, eat OP and I promise to be good. Have to be, as next week we will be on vacation for a week and then I will have a real challenge. Lizzie
  • I didn't get my brisk 20 minute walk in yesterday. With a long work day, it just didn't work out. I have to come up with a strategy to deal with that because I will have more days like that. Today (Day 3 OP) I have already done my walk. I think I'll get a pedometer so I can keep track of my walking.
