  • I worked, very carefully, on turning my compost pile. I feel it in my legs this morning but not my back so I know that I lifted properly.

    April goals: 1000 min, daily exercise

    1: 30 dance & stretch & ST; 30 min total
    2: 25 walk; 55
    3: 60 yardwork; 115

  • First day back at work today, after a two-month disability leave...so not as much time to exercise...but I still managed to squeeze in a walk.

  • It snowed today. Since it was too cold and wet for my outdoor walk, I was limited to my gym. I’m getting more than a little annoyed with all of this April snow! Where is spring?!

  • Busy day today…only time for a quick walk…weather didn’t help much either. I will be SO happy when the sun starts to shine and I can go for a walk without my coat, hat and gloves!

  • Worked out in my gym this morning, since it was cloudy and cold outside. In the afternoon, it warmed up a little and the sun came out, so I took a long walk. My neighborhood has lots of rolling steep hills, so an outdoor walk in the area gives me a good workout!
