  • I have been recovering from foot issues and hope to be on my way back to running by the end of the month.

    Oct 1: 6.5 miles of walking.
    Oct 2: 2.32 miles of walking.
    Oct 3: 2.66 miles of walking.
    Oct 4: 4.96 miles walking.
    Oct 5: 4.47 miles of walking.

    I did buy a bike Saturday.
