  • Goal: 540 km on stationary bike + 5000 steps a day + strength training twice a week

    10/01 = 43 km ; 3972 steps (OMG, i walk way way less than i thought! This was me walking a lot! Lol!).
  • Week 1
    01/10: Ear Infection, no exercise.
    02/10: Weights 45 min; 4.2 mile puppy walk 60 min 105/2500
  • So, I'm on day 2 of the Squat/Glute Bridge challenge and I am starting to question WHY I even entertained this idea! My legs and rearend are burning! 50 of each today.... 75 of each tomorrow. I have these thoughts that I won't finish it, but as I am learning in each work out- I promised myself I would do it and it's time I keep my promises to myself. I keep them for my son, but why is my health and fitness less important? So- I promised myself I would do the whole 30 days so the whole 30 days I will complete... let's just hope I can still walk at the end of it!

    or without my XL bottle of Advil! Marina, strength training twice a week is plenty, especially to start! Anticake, I’m not familiar with the bridge
    challenge but it doesn't sound like you're ready to recommend it yet! Lori, I know you’re just starting - 3 miles is a lot! Hope you’re not sore!
