    I'm still sticking to plan. I started a diet last week, in conjunction with my exercise program, and so far so good. The scale has started to move. I'll update later on my exercise accomplishments. I had a pretty active weekend.

    I'm trying. In December I took 4 days off. The 7th day with P90X3 is optional, you don't have to work out but since the workouts are only 1/2 hour I usually decide to do it. I felt great until yesterday- yesterday I was really fatigued. I did my workout, but I went to bed at 9pm. I couldn't fall asleep until just past 10pm, but it's still an improvement since I often stay up and read until 11. Hopefully a few nights of extra sleep will have me back feeling energetic. If not, I might take Sunday off as a complete rest day.

    What is JM's "Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism" workout like? I enjoy the two JM videos I have, I have 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Both are the 3-2-1 style workouts she developed.
