I am wondering if anyone has actually made the switch from Atkins to SB. If so, have you had any problem with getting hungry?
Also, how does the fat allowance differ between the two? I've only been on Atkins for 2 months but I've really gotten spoiled being able to eat regular salad dressings, cream in my coffee and regular cheese.
Another thing, I've collected a lot of really great low carb recipes. Do you think these are ok on the SB diet?
I do have to say though that I'm not so sure all this fat is good for me and I think SB sounds like a much more balanced WOE.
If there are any suggestions for making this change I would really appreciate it.
