Elvis- gotta say i never knew much about BMIs at all or height waist ratio and such before i started this journey but i figure to make this a life long journey i need to learn all the ins and outs right? Im sooo looking forward to being overweight and i find that just so funny!
Seabiscuit- thank you! This class i believe has truly been a miracle for me and i was so shocked when asked to teach it. I was so nervous at first but im having so much fun with it and my students give me such encouragement because they tell me at the end of class how good i make them feel and that tgey look forward to class each week! What an awesome motivation they r to me!
Ruby- lol i know who'd a thunk it?! Certainly not me!
