  • Tuesday was an hour Zumba class and an hour and 15 minute yoga class, then yesterday was another hour of Zumba and half an hour of weights.

    Personal: 315/1200 (hmm, maybe I made the goal a bit low)

    Group: 570 + 225 = 795
  • (April 1: 40 minutes treadmill, varying between 3.2-3.6 MPH.)
    April 2: 2 hours walking (hiking, endless shopping, concert-going)
    April 3: 2 more hours walking (more than that, but much of it was animal-viewing) + 40 minutes swimming.
    April 4: 30 minutes treadmill!

    Total personal: 250/1200

    Group: 795 + 210 = 1005
  • 10 minute walk today - didn't know how bad my knee is

    1005 + 10 = 1015
  • 30 minutes of cardio salsa today.

    Personal: 150/1000

    Group total: 1015 + 30 = 1045
  • Missed a workoit yesterday. Studio was closed due to illness. I intend to make that up over the weekend.

    60 minutes of Pilates tonight. I felt wonderful afterward!
