  • I suffered terribly with the big C in phase 1 and nothing seemed to work. Then I cut the calcium to one pill a day and took a magnesium on its own ( stopped the cal mag supplement). That worked lie a charm. I wish I had caught on to it earlier.

I always get a very mild h/a after I take the cal/mag. Drives me nuts. From your ticker, I can see that it works for you, but was it ok by your coach (not that I trust what some of them say) or your Dr??

I had labs done about a month ago and everything was normal. But that MG/Ca/Phos etc are always normal for me so I wonder how much we need to take, knowing we do have to take some.
  • Are we allowed stevia and milk In smooth move??
  • I believe you can use stevia as a sugar substitute (in moderation) and we're allowed 1 oz of skim milk a day. I don't like the smooth move tea on its own so i brew it with another herbal tea bag (usually tazo wild sweet orange) and it tastes REALLY good.
  • Ya I have heard it tastes not so great lol - adding stevia hopefully helps may try a blend of teas
  • I mix Smooth Move (which is kind of gross) with something strong like Raspberry tea. Let it seep and cool, then drink it right down.
  • It has a very strong licorice flavor, Blegh! I highly recommend the sweet orange tea, it almost completely masks the flavor.
  • I found smooth move chamomile and it was yummy... But it gave me terrible stomach cramps.
  • I just had the smooth tea as per box have before bed-- I added my daily milk allowance and some stevia and chugged it down!!!! Now my stomach is all ugh now - hope this works !!!
  • I got the Peppermint Smooth Move and with a couple packets of Stevia it's actually not too bad.
