  • I'll join in here too! 10 pounds would mean a new decade, so that's be even better for me. 2 pounds a week during the Christmas season is a lofty goal though!

  • Fantastic! It's great that so many people are on board. And jenicra, I was just thinking the other day that the Christmas season may well be difficult. Hmm I think I will have lots of turkey and not much chocolate and wine. It will be hard though! I am a couple of pounds down fortunately-here's hoping it isn't water weight! 155lbs by New Year!
  • I'm definitely in, 10lbs would see me back in the 160's at last! Looking forward to the challenge

  • I've got plans for this weekend to hit the gym back up, I have been slack on the exercise the past week and when I ran yesterday my left knee was being very hateful to me, so I hope a two day rest (sort of, taking my son ice skating tonight) I hope to get back in the groove.
  • I'm in too! I'm not sure what my weight is at this point, I will weight in tomorrow morning, but if I lose 10 lbs by the new year, then I'm also going to have lost my first 5% and then some! That is motivating for sure!
  • Thedollylala Me too! I have done half an hour every day for three days but I am taking today off since my knee hurts. I think it's better to rest and make sure you can get back to exercise in a few days than it is to exercise everyday and end up injured so you can't exercise for months!
  • I am definitely not looking forward to Mondays weigh-in. My worst enemy TOM is approaching so I'm pretty sure things won't go as planned. But I've been staying on track, even yesterday when I did't feel like working out. The only thing I like about TOM is when its gone I lose like 4 or 5lbs. But here is my breakdown anyway:

    12/3/12- 167
    12/10/12- 165
    12/17/12- 163
    12/24/12- 161
    12/31/12- 159 I haven't seen that number in a looong time!
  • I'm in!! I just checked my weight for the first time in months and gained 15 of my hard earned pounds back...

DANGIT!! oh well back at it. 10 to new years.. I so don't want to change my ticker to my current weight but I guess I have to.
    Starting - 11/29 241.8
    12/3
    12/10
    12/17
    12/24
    12/31
    NEW YEARS!
  • I'm in. I would like to think I can do more than 10 in the next month, but I don't want to push it!
    11/26: 236
12/03: (234) That 230 was a fluke.. I reweighed myself this morning at 234! Which is right on track!
    12/10: (232)
    12/17: (230)
    12/24: (228)
    12/31: (226)
  • Welcome Bea! And yes of course, if any of us happen to lose more than ten pounds that is definitely not a problem
