Evangeline - Good Job!! I can't wait to see my efforts on the scale! It was my first visit with my new doctor so it was definitely me being happier. But he was happy to see that too as I have a history of high blood pressure.

This week I believe I am gonna come in at 181...booo! At least I know I will get a swish soon. I am on point with exercise and most of the time with food.

Thank you all so much for the kind words and advice. He's still in but the surgeon says it's looking good, so that's great. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I'll be up this week, and I can't take another freebie in case I need it later Sorry! I got to pull down some clothes from the attic today that I use to wear. Felt great, most of them I haven't warn in about 10 years. I didn't know I had so many jeans. Feels good. I am starting to think that I may make onederland by the first of the year if I apply myself. That would be so cool.

Hi everyone just a quick post sorry...I've been fighting a cold for a few days now so yesterday I just slept, and did laundry and watched tv. Very lazy day but feel better. I have to go out today in about 15 min and then have to go to work
so no personals sorry but I will remember you if I win big in the lottery
