  • October 1st weight in, 149.5lb.
    Let me know if you want me to add it myself im not sure how this works its the first challenge ive ever done
  • Weighed in at 177.4 this morning so I changed my start weight to match, but I didn't post this on 10/1 yet.
  • I updated on the spreadsheet, I'm not sure if we're meant to do that!! But this morning I weighed in at 158 .
  • I've joined too - I was planning a similar thing but this will be so much better with support!

  • Im away from the 19th to the 23rd november so ive put a dash in that week already so i dont get put on the standbye list. Hope thats ok
  • I had a binge filled weekend and so I am Starting out at 225.2, only .2 up from last week (although up .6 from lowest) I have a feeling that I may not see a drop this week but I will try this week.

    My matra for this week is control. I have to control my depression this week.. Otherwise I may not make it (sanity wise)!

  • Started my challenge with a 5lb gain!! Stupid TOM!
  • Updated my starting weight and today's weight. I'm all because I gained 5lbs from TOM last week and injuring my lower back a little, which caused me to put P90X on the back burner for now. I'm going to revamp my workouts though, did Zumba this morning for 20 minutes so I am determined to make this happen!

    Ahh I hate when that happens!! It's so disheartening, even if you know why and it's only temporary! Don't let it get you down!
