That's funny - I just planned a home-made pizza night for tomorrow! I've made them before, and it's great fun. I do find my bases gets a little soggy from the sauce, though - I've heard a pizza stone would help with that.

Maybe I'll have to look up a low-cal dough recipe and try making a mini pizza in my toaster oven. It's probably too hot to bake it properly, but better than the other option...Japanese pizza...not so good. Also, they inexplicably seem to ALWAYS put mayonnaise and corn on it. I hate mayonnaise, and corn just seems weird on pizza...
