So far, I've been doing walk-jog intervals and plan on doing those 5x/week, with 20 minute kettlebell workouts after two of those jogs. I successfully met all of my jogging days in the last week, and did a kettlebell workout on Tuesday. Still a bit sore muscled from that one. Hopefully, I'll do #2 tomorrow.


Those are some pretty smokin' intervals. Any plans for a 5k in the spring?? You SO should!
I do the commercial thing sometimes.
