  • I went for a run this morning, 40 minutes abt 4 miles. I am aiming to run four times a week - MWF and one weekend day.

  • Yeah I made it to the gym yesterday and today. Good workouts too. Feels great to ache all over again. Even my finger tips as I am learning to play the guitar and boy do they hurt. But it is tres fun! Well I have tonnes of housework to do and I can find any excuse not to do it, but would like to be able to walk from room to room with out tripping over everything. So toda lu! Chat later chickies!!

  • LB weights. Noodle legs.
  • UBWO today. OMG WHY ARE SHOULDERS SO HARD????? I definitely have noodle arms and I even dropped weight on my lats. Concentrating more on triceps and biceps, I want my arms to look less giggly for tank top season!

    About 4 miles logged on the treadmill and some upper and lower weights on the gym.....

    Two days may not seem like a lot but it showed on the scale this AM down to 164 even though it isn't weigh in day.

  • Tried the Pilates for Dummies basic today. Interesting differences between that and the Winsor. I think they compliment eachother well.
  • Walked to and from work 25 minutes each way
    Danced my butt off at Dh's show last night
  • Two mile walk & one mile run on treadmill yesterday.
    I have to wait for the streets to clear up before running again outside - should be OK by midweek. But for some reason I find it very tough to run on our treadmill - 10 minutes on it and I have had it, whereas outside I can be running for 40 minutes (with no walking breaks), no problem.

    Today I will try and get at least a 3 mile walk in.

  • Ok, back on track with the weights. Upper body for me and my girl today. Added a few to the routine, starting to track weights used. Still on 2x12. Lower body tomorrow. Picked up the glutamine, hoping that helps!

  • Usual walks to and from work
  • Pilates (W4D1) yesterday morning, lower body last night. Pilates (W4D2) this morning, WATP tonight.
  • An hour and a half of yoga last night. And I'm on my way to the gym this morning.
  • Walk/run on Sunday depending on how clear the streets were - all the snow and icy stuff is very frustrating!

    The usual walk/slog today. Am aiming to start running tomorrow or Thursday even if I have to run along the curbs like the other runners I see out in the snow!
