  • I was going to say cheese but had some two days ago! can I start now?? I'll say cheese for the remainder of May )
  • Bread & rice (carb-high foods). I got rid of junk sweets pretty easily (since I'm more of a meats & wheats person than a sweets person anyway), but I crave bread so badly. It doesn't help that it smells so good!
  • Items I can no longer buy at the grocery store:

    - ramen noodles (soooo goood, sooo quick to make)
    - pizza pops (ditto)
    - poptarts (can go through a box in less than a week)
  • NO fast food. I have not in 7 weeks and plan to stay away.

    Ohhh the box in less than a week is me on a good day I can eat 4 raw wayy too fast.
  • I don't restrict any food, that drives me crazy and causes me to binge and sneak eat.

    I found that I have better control when I eat three meals a day and don't snack in-between. I also cook completely from scratch, so there is never any junk in the house.
