    Lose 5 lbs

    Track EVERY DAY!
  • Welcome! =o)
  • I will find out my weight tonight at WW and will post here. I will lose 10 lbs in April.
  • My April goal is to get my head back in the game, I find I have allowed myself to say this little bit will not hurt. Well for me, at this age, at this point in my life, that little bit hurts.
My goal get my head back in the game, and to see the number go down...just go down...right now it is important to get myself modivated to believe.
  • We are approaching the end of our second week! Let's take time and revisit our goals for the month. What's going well, and how can we change what isn't going as well?

    =o)
  • Well, I decided to change my goal, so now I am at 129 and the goal is to maintain or lose a little more. So far, so good! It seems as soon as I decided to re-set my goal and accept where I am, the stress level dropped, and I am eating healthy without being so obsessive

Sometimes we do have to re-evaluate, and it's amazing what kind of results occur when we realize that we were stressing so much over a number. I believe you will get to your original goal with this attitude Thanks for sharing!
  • Tomorrow is the last weigh in of the month! Let us know your results!
