Meg Ryan- I gotta tell ya, you are sincerity at it's FINEST! 'Specially the dbl fist pumps thrown in for good measure. LOVED IT! Yeah I cried many a daze from not being able to lift, but I had to listen to my body & it was telling me, it's a no go .. Injuries bite! I just continued to mix it up exercise wise so I didn't get bored, rollerblading, exercise bike, treadmill, kickboxing, trampoline, so it all is good!

Jennifer Aniston eyes, saef- thanks that was a classic high five & of course I put my hand inside & gave myself a high 5 this am! ha ha ha. Although if anybody saw me doing it, it probably looked like I was giving one of those talk to the hand signals instead! LOL

I'm happy to see I didn't get any biotch slaps from anybody...... (the jellies) To them I say, don't hate peeps, appreciate that I still come around from time to time & tell you that I am still maintaining. I know If I didn't post periodically, most would probably assume I got FAT & SASSY!!!!!! .. But that just isn't the case, LIFE is beyond busy & I have more important things to do that take priority rather than posting here 24/7 & I am sure many of you get that.

Wendalyn - I have to tell you that I just love your posts. You are always so positive and just bursting with enjoyment of life. It makes me smile. Also - I had my 'wendalyn snack' one night last week - baked two little sweet potatoes, chopped them up, spread on some peanut butter. Every time I get a sweet potato now I think about you and smile some more.

That's what I've told myself about smoking. If I'm 80 and in good health, I just may take up smoking again! Of course it will probably be illegal by then.
